Jawed Balls

Jawed Balls

Postby Cristi » Fri May 13, 2011 11:18 am

In regulametul BCA(Billiard Congress of America) http://www.bca-pool.com/play/tournament ... _gen.shtml apare asta:

3.33 JAWED BALLS
If two or more balls are locked between the jaws or sides of the pocket, with one or more suspended in air, the referee shall inspect the balls in position and follow this procedure: he shall visually (or physically if he desires) project each ball directly downward from its locked position; any ball that in his judgement would fall in the pocket if so moved directly downward is a pocketed ball, while any ball that would come to rest on the bed of the table is not pocketed. The balls are then placed according to the referee’s assessment, and play continues according to specific game rules as if no locking or jawing of balls had occurred.

22. JAWED BALLS
Should a situation occur where two balls are locked in the jaws of a pocket, any ball more than half a ball over the edge of the pocket will be deemed pocketed.
Should two balls be locked in the jaws of a pocket, but neither ball is more than half a ball over the edge of the pocket and a subsequent shot fails to move either ball, both balls will be respotted (see rule 18).

Dupa mine este normal ca ambele bile sa fie considerate cazute in buzunar si sa fie acordat fault si ball in hand pt adversar... Exista aceasta situatie in noul reg WPA?

Stiam rationamentul, insa nu gaseam exact paragraful in reg WPA...pe cand in celelalte aparea...Acum totul e clar.

Mi-e nu mi-a placut :( .
